Sutton Barcelona

Sutton Barcelona is a chic nightclub on Carrer de Tuset in the Eixample, one of the dressiest venues in the city. Most nights the DJs play commercial hits and international chart music. Wednesdays and Thursdays often add reggaeton to the mix. The crowd is international: Erasmus students, young professionals, and locals who actually dress for a night out.

The vibe depends on the night. Wednesday is Erasmus night: 18+, a looser door, and a more casual feel than the weekend. Thursday stays student-friendly at 21+. Friday and Saturday are Sutton at full scale: 23+, a sharp crowd, and one of the strictest dress codes in Barcelona.

Plan smart casual for midweek and dress up for the weekend. Men need a collared shirt on Friday and Saturday; clean dress shoes or smart leather sneakers are the safest choice. Women should go elegant. Sutton opens at midnight. Match your outfit to the night and you will fit the room.

FAQ

Sutton Barcelona is one of the city’s most exclusive and elegant clubs. It is known for its stylish crowd, commercial music, and strong door policy.

The dress code is smart casual, but for men a button-up shirt is generally mandatory on stricter nights. Sneakers are risky, so dress shoes or smarter footwear are the safest option.

Sutton is generally associated with a 23+ crowd on its strictest nights, although some midweek parties can have lower age requirements. It is always smart to check the exact party conditions before going.
