Free Entry at Jamboree Barcelona: Guest List Guide

TLDR Summary:

Jamboree Barcelona offers free entry with guest list from Sunday to Thursday until 2:30, one of the latest cutoffs in the city. It is an 18+ club with a casual dress code and relaxed door policy, ideal for tourists and first timers. Signing up takes 30 seconds and requires arriving before the cutoff time. No free entry on Fridays and Saturdays, where entry costs around 15€ to 20€.

Jamboree is one of Barcelona’s most famous clubs in the Gothic Quarter (el Gótico) right by the Las Ramblas.

It is one of the most accessible clubs in the city: 18+, casual dress code, relaxed door, and a guest list that runs until 2:30 AM, one of the latest cutoff of any Barcelona club.

In this blog, we are going to explore how the guest list works at Jamboree, what to wear, what to expect inside, and more.

Where is Jamboree?

Jamboree is located in Plaça Reial, a landmark square in the Gothic Quarter. Easy to find, central, and just next to the famous Las Ramblas.

What’s the vibe of Jamboree like?

The crowd is young, international and tourist-heavy. Very tourist-friendly.

Door policy is relaxed. The minimum age requirement is 18 and above. If you want a low-pressure night without dressing up, Jamboree fits. Good for first-timers and late arrivers.

💡 Remember: Jamboree has 2 completely different sections: Jamboree Dance Club, and Jamboree Jazz Club at the same venue. The vibe is totally different at each section.

Jamboree Dance or Jamboree Jazz?

Jamboree is divided into two completely different parts: Jamboree Dance Club and Jamboree Jazz Club.

The Dance room is all about hip-hop and dance music and the Jazz room is all about jazz (obviously!!).

The Barceloning guest list is for the Jamboree Dance Club, not the Jazz Club.

Dress code at Jamboree Dance Club

The dress code at Jamboree Dance Club is usually casual and tidy. No shirt or dress pants required. Clean t-shirt and jeans are fine. Clean leather sneakers work.

Most clubs have a stricter dress code requirement on Fridays and Saturdays but not Jamboree. The dress code still remains casual and tidy.

💡 Remember: Avoid beachwear, sportswear, flip-flops, sloppy presentation even during the summer months. Casual but not sloppy is the rule.

Free guest list at Jamboree Dance Club

The Barceloning guest list is from Sundays to Thursdays. There is no free entry on Fridays and Saturdays.

These are the current guest list conditions:

How to sign up to the Jamboree free guest list?

Click on any link below to sign up to the guest list. Just enter your name, email and the group size. That’s all. Shouldn’t take more than 30 seconds. Make sure you arrive at least 20 minutes before 2:30.

💡 Remember: The Barceloning guest list is for the Jamboree Dance Club, not the Jazz Club.

Music at Jamboree Dance Club

Jamboree Dance Club has two different rooms: one plays hip hop and the other plays latin music and commercial. You can pick your vibe inside.

Tips for getting in

The free guest lists are until 2:30 but we recommend arriving at least 20 minutes before that just in case you have to wait in a line (which is mostly the case).

Even with the list, dress code applies: casual but not sloppy. Bring a valid photo ID in case you are asked to prove you are over 18. Mixed groups (boys and girls) generally have an easier time getting in than a large group of boys.

There is no free entry on Fridays and Saturdays. Expect to pay 15-20€ at the door (usually includes 1 or 2 drinks).

💡 Remember: Being on the guest list does not guarantee entry. You still need to follow the dress code, arrive on time and respect the venue’s rules.
