Negro Rojo

Negro Rojo is a two-floor club on Avinguda Diagonal in Les Corts: commercial house and hits upstairs, melodic techno downstairs. Age is 23+ on most nights, 21+ on Thursday. It is a strong pick for international students in Barcelona who want electronic music without the chaos of an 18+ reggaeton club.

Smart casual is the standard, similar to NIX. No collared shirt required, but avoid looking too casual. Sportswear and beachwear are risky. The crowd is older and more polished than typical 18+ clubs.

Negro Rojo opens at midnight. Guest list benefits vary by day; Friday has no guest list on Barceloning. For VIP tables, contact Barceloning and we can handle the reservation. Dress neatly and you match the room.

FAQ

The music at Negro Rojo depends on the night of the week. On Wednesdays, it's reggaeton, salsa, Latin rhythms and "perreo" but on Thursdays and Saturdays, it's house, afro house, and melodic techno. It is a good option if you want a more polished electronic night than the average mainstream club.

The general minimum age is 23, although some special nights like Thursday can be lower. It is a club with a slightly older and more stylish crowd than many 18+ venues.

The dress code is smart casual and a shirt is not mandatory. Still, this is not a very casual club, so clean shoes, fitted clothes, and a polished look are strongly recommended.
